  1. I will have to dig out some of my old programs from the 80′s. I played at the 1984 U/18′s in Launceston, u/19′s Canberra 1985 and u/20′s in Sydney.

I think I have the dates right but will check.

Players back then that I remember are Geoff Hart who was the gun player for NSW. David Powter played with me in the ACT team, others playing for ACT were Rodney Williams, Nigel Tupper, Nick Makarov, Paul Calder.

I remeber Kerrie Pottharst in the women’s. Annette Huygen-Tholans and Sally Bacon in other teams. For ACT we had Jane Sloan, April and Laurel Wentworth.

That’s all I remember, at least of the players. Still remember sleeping in the bath on the night of the U/20 presentation party in Sydney. We got a bronze at that one after giving up a 2-0 lead against QLD and missed the final.

Bruce Bourner, Matt Donohue and some other names that just popped out. Oh yeah and Steve Luggie the big bear.
